PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Hewlett-Packard Co., the world's No. 2 computer maker, said it will shut a Colorado plant in the next 18 to 24 months and move the work and 640 employees to another plant nearby. Closing the plant in Greeley won't result in job cuts, the company said. Employees will be transferred to a plant in Fort Collins, also in the northern part of the state.
